Finding a low APR credit card

Many credit card issuers offer low annual percentage rate (APR) credit cards, which are, however, not available to all borrowers. The best way to avoid costly finance charges is to pay off your credit card balance in full every month. If that is not an option, careful research can save you money in the future.
